This news is something to smile about.
Paper Tigers has a blog post on the book, Cora Cooks Pancit, by Filipino-American writer, Dorina Lazo-Gilmore. So the story goes that Cora assisted her mother in cooking pancit (noodles) one day. I love pancit and I just had bihon for merienda (snack) today!
I wish to get a copy of the book to see and taste its Filipino-ness. Besides, I first learned to cook pancit bihon and pancit bicol from my mother.
